Preload

Preloading is a new feature to Lightning that allows users to enter the queue before the product is live.

When Shopify sites experience high traffic, a queue is automatically put up. Recently, the queue has been going up 10+ minutes before the drop time. This is absolutely detrimental to non-bot users as they get stuck in queue. Lightning allows users to enter queue with hopes of passing right before drop time, allowing near instant checkouts.

Entering Queue Early

1. Enable the monitor and navigate to the homepage of a Shopify site.

2. Enable Pre-Load by toggling it on via the monitor.

3. Click "Monitor". 4. The mode will automatically clear your cart and cookies, put the user into queue, and navigate the user through queue.

5. Once preload is completed, the monitor will automatically begin searching for the product.

You must preload on the site you want to check out on. Sessions are only valid for the unique Shopify site.

Staff will attempt to ping for abnormally long queues. For majority of releases, preload 5-6 minutes before the drop.

Take advantage of custom delays. While in queue and before the drop, keep delays high - 20000+. Shortly before the drop, 15-25 seconds before, drop delays to 2000-3000.
