Missing Files | I cannot find the files I downloaded

After downloading your files, the files should appear in your downloads folder. If this is not the case: 1. check that you do not have any anti-virus protections deleting the files 2. locate where the files downloaded to from chrome: a. go to chrome://downloads/ b. hit "show in folder" (see here)

Stuck Logging In

After signing into Discord, if you encounter a screen reading "Stuck Logging You In", please ensure that: 1. You have no other Autofills on that chrome user 2. Disable third-party Ad Blockers

Key Validation Error

Often times, key validation errors are because of Lightning Server Issues: If you encounter an issue, please reset your key, log back in and import your profiles (should be exported by default) If you encounter this issue often, please open a ticket here.

No Key Found

Ensure you have downloaded the renewal version rather than the non-renewal version. The renewal version is found in the dashboard.
