Common Issues and Fixes
Missing Files | I cannot find the files I downloaded
After downloading your files, the files should appear in your downloads folder.
If this is not the case:
1. check that you do not have any anti-virus protections deleting the files
2. locate where the files downloaded to from chrome:
a. go to chrome://downloads/
b. hit "show in folder" (see here)
Stuck Logging In
After signing into Discord, if you encounter a screen reading "Stuck Logging You In", please ensure that: 1. Uninstall any additional autofill extensions. 2. Disable third-party Ad Blockers, VPNs, and proxies. 3. Ensure this extension can read and change data on websites
Key Validation Error
Often times, key validation errors are because of Lightning Server Issues: If you encounter an issue, please reset your key, log back in and import your profiles (should be exported by default) a. guide to reset key here If you encounter this issue often, please open a ticket here.
Sensitivity to Bright/Flashing Light
Note: For those who suffer from like seizures/epilisey, feel free to remove the thunder background from our 'Full view' menu by going into the Extension folder, go to CSS and delete the file named Thunder.css
Browser Not Supported
Please click the refresh button then toggle the blue toggle off and on. This can be found at chrome://extensions/
Interacting with "Login Through Discord"
If you are unable to hit "Login Through Discord": right click > open in new tab

Receiving "Error, Check Logs"
If are are receiving this error, please: 1. Uninstall Lightning from Chrome 2. Unbind your key 3. Bind your key 4. Reinstall Lightning on Chrome If the issue persists, please open a ticket.
